Terrible experience. The incredible business volume Fooda has and the money we received can’t justify the stress, disrespect and lack of consideration we experimented from them. After the first two orders we only received advices of “opportunities to improve”. After that they started asking us to include more expensive ingredients for the same price because “client asked for”. They started to play with the costs and fees based on many confusing rules that rarely were on our benefit. Their supervisors are well trained to criticize everything. Our team worked hard getting everything ready to satisfy the client and when coming back to the restaurant, we were always drained and emotionally disdained because of the feedback we received. If you are not desperate for money and volume, do yourself a favor and look another way.
Most of the food brought by various vendors is good. However I have noticed the price creep up by $2. When they first started coming there were more economical choices and the average was 8 - 9 dollars. Now it's 12 without a drink or any other add ons like chips or a cookie. For the portion sizes it's not worth the price
I wish Tikkaway was more transparent with their pricing. 13 dollars for the portion was a bit much. not afraid of spending money for lunch, but the service was advertised as "affordable" quality.
Cool pop-up lunch location that features different local places each day. You can download the app to see what will be there up to a week ahead of time and see the menu for those specific days. Little pricey but can get reward points on the app to get $ off.
